Monavero operates monavero.com and the Monavero iOS, Android and web apps.

On the Free plan we do not collect your holdings or settings — they stay on your device. If you sign in for Pro, we process the account details needed for sign-in (such as email from Apple or Google) and, only if you turn on “Save to my account”, your portfolio so you can use it on other devices. Server logs for the website and APIs may include IP address and basic request metadata for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps or sites.

Monavero has no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs. On the Free plan, your holdings and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. If you subscribe to Pro and turn on “Save to my account”, your portfolio is stored in your private account (Google Firebase) so you can use it on other devices; you can turn this off or delete your account data at any time. Sign-in uses email, Apple or Google. Currency rates and market prices are requested from market-data providers without sending your holdings or other personal information.

If you choose to use Health Monitoring, the app asks permission to read sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, steps and active energy from Apple Health (iPhone and Apple Watch) or Health Connect (Android). Access is read-only and you decide which data types to share. This data is read and processed only on your device to calculate your daily Recovery, Sleep and Exertion scores. We do not upload it, store it on our servers, sell it or share it with anyone, and we never use it for advertising or marketing. It is not synced, even for Pro users, and the app does not write to your health records. The scores are estimates for general wellness and are not medical advice. You can stop sharing at any time in Health > Sharing > Apps (iOS) or Health Connect > App permissions (Android), or by choosing Disconnect in the app.

Pro subscriptions on the web are handled by Stripe. On iOS and Android, purchases may be handled by Apple or Google. We never see or store your full card details. Payment providers process what they need to complete the charge under their own privacy policies.

Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU/EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to make a request. You can also delete synced Pro data from the app or by asking us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
